His work centers on helping practitioners and organizations translate complex services into clear value, build ethical cash-based offerings, and create scalable, repeatable sales systems rooted in trust, education, and long-term partnership.

As Vice President and Partner of Küribl Premium Health, Justin leads Küribl Klinical, supporting over 500 clinics nationwide with provider-exclusive, non-pharmaceutical solutions focused on pain management, recovery, and whole-person wellness.

In addition to his consulting work, Justin is a strategic

partner at Experience Onward, where he contributes to growth strategy, client experience, and ethical program development within the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted healing.
